Directions to Gallery at the Gardens

The directions from Phoenix using Yahoo Maps are more difficult than they ought to be. Here are better directions:

• Take I-10 to Tucson.
• Get off at the Grant Road Exit (between the Miracle Mile exit and the Speedway exit), and go East (left if you're coming from Phoenix).
• Travel East on Grant Road for about five miles.
• Turn right (South) on Alvernon Road, which is a major cross street with a signal (there's a Fry's grocery center on the SE corner.
• About 200 yards South of Grant, on the left (East) side of the road, look for a purple wall with a gravel driveway (and a not very obvious green and yellow sign for the Tucson Botanical Gardens).
• The driveway leads right into the parking lot.
